  • Only the Main House is available for rent, the Champlain Cottage is not available for the summer of 2008
  • House rental includes: Pool, Hot Tub, Cooking equipment (pots, dishes, etc.), condiments,  beach chairs, bikes, a wagon, more...
  • For very large groups (up to 20) both houses (Main Champlain and Seneca) can be rented at discounted rates.
